The balm may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures, and the wash may thin or separate slightly — if so, simply shake the bottle well before use, or allow the balm to return to room temperature.

If residue appears on the outside of the balm jar due to natural oils, just wipe it off — the product inside remains perfectly safe and effective.
